Our aim
Our desire is to bring a big part of the audience into contact with the art of dancing and give them reasons to study and love it. The ultimate aim of all our actions is the creation of a Greek dance community that will be dynamic and independent and simultaneously an indispensable part of the international dance scene.
Also, DAN.C.CE attracts some of the best Greek teachers who find the space and support to show as their view of the art.
Moreover, DANC.CE approaches a wider audience by offering a number of courses for those interested in dance as an art form and a way of expression but have no intention of appearing in front of an audience.
As a part of this attempt we offer courses in capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that has a strong element of improvisation and a playful spirit. Those two characteristics make the art easier to approach and also a means through which the people can come into contact with dance movement.
